Fancy a high protein iced coffee? Look no further!
Follow this recipe to make an ice coffee in less than 5 minutes:
Calories and Macronutrients*: Per 500ml
Calories: 140 (protein powder dependant)
Carbohydrates: 3g
Fats: 2g
Protein: 22g

Ingredients:
500ml Water
30g Protein powder
x1 Espresso coffee shot
0.5g Pink Himalayan sea salt
Handful of ice cubes
Method:
With a machine compatible blender bottle, fill the bottle to 500ml or the maximum capacity line (I use a NutriBullet smoothie maker machine https://www.amazon.co.uk/NutriBullet-Bullet-Blender-Processor-Silver)
Weigh and add the protein powder and pink salt
Using your coffee machine, process an espresso shot of coffee
Add the espresso to the water and protein powder
A handful of ice cubes can also be added to the mix to ensure the coffee is cool enough
Blend all of the above ingredients together in your smoothie maker machine
Sip and enjoy!
