High Protein Iced Latte

Fancy a high protein iced coffee? Look no further!


Follow this recipe to make an ice coffee in less than 5 minutes:

 

 

Calories and Macronutrients*: Per 500ml


  • Calories: 140 (protein powder dependant)

  • Carbohydrates: 3g

  • Fats: 2g

  • Protein: 22g

Ingredients:

  • 500ml Water

  • 30g Protein powder

  • x1 Espresso coffee shot

  • 0.5g Pink Himalayan sea salt

  • Handful of ice cubes

Method:

  • With a machine compatible blender bottle, fill the bottle to 500ml or the maximum capacity line (I use a NutriBullet smoothie maker machine https://www.amazon.co.uk/NutriBullet-Bullet-Blender-Processor-Silver)

  • Weigh and add the protein powder and pink salt

  • Using your coffee machine, process an espresso shot of coffee

  • Add the espresso to the water and protein powder

  • A handful of ice cubes can also be added to the mix to ensure the coffee is cool enough

  • Blend all of the above ingredients together in your smoothie maker machine

Sip and enjoy!
